Sales and Leasing

Land Sale

Walker can provide you with a straight land sale whereby you can control and procure the entire construction process starting with Development Approval through to practical completion of the facility.

Pre-Lease

Walker to lease a purpose built facility in accordance with the commercial terms as agreed with Walker and the Lessee.

Turnkey

Walker provide you with a fixed lump sum contract to construct your proposed facility. Walker will be retained to deliver a full lump sum package for land and building. Under this scenario we would exchange and settle on the land prior to commencement of construction.
