    Vicinity Industrial Base

    Vicinity Industrial Base is Adelaide's largest and newest masterplanned industrial estate, located 10km north of Adelaide’s old, congested, inner northern areas of Regency Park and Wingfield.

    The Department of Transport Energy and Infrastructure has recently awarded approval for Level 3 B-Triple Road Trains to access Vicinity Industrial Base.

    This approval is subject to Walker Corporation constructing suitable internal estate roads and a suitable access off Heaslip Rokad.
